I had them come out because our unit stopped working. They checked everything out & fixed the problem. We are very happy with the work that they did. Also the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend them. And will gladly call them for all our AC & heating needs. God Bless them all. ?

Could not be happier with Swafford! I genuinely cannot say anything negative. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal! Called returned and appointment set up within 2 minutes of leaving a message. The technician arrived early. Very friendly, super knowledgeable. Got straight to work. Within 10-15 mins she was at the door explaining what the problem was and how much it would cost. Another 15 minutes later we had cold air inside. Very pleased with this service. I truly have nothing but positive things to say. I had not heard of them until I searched googled yesterday so I asked the technician (she is the owner's daughter). The service techs were knowledgeable and discussed and advised regarding needed repairs. I have used Swafford Heating and Cooling for years and trust them for great and honest service.
