I had a problem with Brown Recluse spiders and after one treatment never saw another spider. Moved to a new house that they treated for termites. They did the scheduled follow up inspection of the bait and made sure I knew the service was transferred to my name and would be taken care of for the term of the agreement with no additional charge.
