My childhood pets all came here and I remember them being truly compassionate when we had to put my dog down. As a result when I had some frustrating issues with my dog's vet repeatedly not being able to see her when she was sick I called Red Oak and they were able to work her in as a new patient immediately. Driving out to Bucyrus is kind of a pain since I no longer live close, but it's worth it for the care they give Daisy. They have always been able to work her into the schedule when needed.

I recently took my dog Lucy in for her annual wellness visit. Lucy has an exuberant outlook and absolutely loves people. So, whenever you're dealing with her, you need to be prepared to be loved on and be willing to love on her. Every person at Red Oak had a smile, a pet and sometimes even a treat for Lucy. Lucy loves everyone there even her vet after she gets her shot. I will not take Lucy to any other clinic.

My Great Pyrenees Sarge is not a fan of going to the vet, but the staff at Red Oak make it as easy as possible on him and me! They are very thorough and knowledgeable and there is no pressure to do unnecessary tests or treatment.
