I couldn’t be more pleased with Metro Electric. Scheduler, (Lisa), was cordial and informative in arranging the electrician’s service visit. The electrician, (Jared), arrived as scheduled and did a terrific job without delays or wasted time and was equally polite and courteous. Price was fair given the profession and comfort of knowing it was completed by a trained and experienced electrician and would be safe to use. Life savers! I called a couple of electricians before reaching out to Metro. When I called and explained the issue, the kind lady on the other end of the phone gave me a couple of troubleshooting tips. When that did not work, she scheduled a technician for the very next morning. Jake texted about 30 minutes before his arrival. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He figured out the problem and had it resolved in under two hours. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding! They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. They did such a great job in the church buildings that (today) I needed an electrician for my house and there's no one else I called. Pastor Doug
