“I had never been to this location. I showed up after my regular shop (of 24 yrs!) denied me a quick haircut 45 mins before they closed & I had called ahead to check on the wait & they said come on in. Great Clips, I showed up 30 mins before they closed, checked in once I got there, not ahead of time. It was a 15 min wait & they literally took me 15 mins before close & didn't blink an eye when I asked for a shampoo first because I had product in my hair. They were super accommodating, washed & cut my hair & even stayed late til she finished w/me & I walked out about 15 mins after close. This is my new shop! I'm sure they don't feel they went over & above, but in my opinion they did! The shop I've been going to for 24 yrs turned me away. I just had to write a review for this awesome service at a small shop in Bonner ? GREAT job!!“
