Our water heater died on 5/23/2026 and Crosby Plumbing was responsive and coordinated a plan to replace the unit quickly. I actually have not used this service. But today was my Grandfather’s funeral. As we were driving to the cemetery one of their service men pulled over, got out of their vehicle, and placed their hand over their heart as the funeral precession passed. We rolled out window down and said thank you and he said so sorry for your loss. The respect he showed (especially in this day when most people don’t even pull over) was extremely heartwarming. If I ever need any plumbing work this company will be the first i call purely because of this act of kindness. Thank you again for showing my family respect and empathy.

Crosby Plumbing did a fantastic job for me! We needed our water main relocated to allow for foundation work, and Crosby took one look and said no problem. They provided a detailed estimate, which was also the final price after all work was performed. They showed up when they said they would, and were professional and reliable. I had them back out a second time to replace a sump pump, and same experience then - very professional, very friendly, and the work looks great.
Edit March 2026: Toilet replacement and Crosby again did a perfect job! On-time and on budget.
