I actually have not used this service. But today was my Grandfather’s funeral. As we were driving to the cemetery one of their service men pulled over, got out of their vehicle, and placed their hand over their heart as the funeral precession passed. We rolled out window down and said thank you and he said so sorry for your loss. The respect he showed (especially in this day when most people don’t even pull over) was extremely heartwarming. If I ever need any plumbing work this company will be the first i call purely because of this act of kindness. Thank you again for showing my family respect and empathy.
