Very friendly they have been seeing my dogs for years.

Could not be more pleased with the service we’ve gotten! Every single member of their staff has been so kind and helpful! We’ve dealt with Dr. Tony & Dr. Bryant and they are both absolutely fantastic! Their staff helped us through the hardest goodbye when one of our dogs got Lymphoma. And when our dog had a serious medical emergency they took him into an after hours surgery and saved his life. We are very blessed to have such great local vets!

I vetted here for 23 years for all my dogs, both big and small, and wouldn't have taken them anywhere else!

On a night, I needed an after hour call and attention, I was asked why I didn't call earlier in the day, then hushed as I tried to explain I had and was told to wait until morning.

I explained I didn't think it could wait, but was told again to do just that.

Well, at 1:30am, my girl couldn't breathe and was tanking fast. She was uncomfortable, suffocating, scared, and in pain.

I called my vet back 15 minutes later to explain all these things, and he just didn't answer any calls or texts.

I then called the Frankfort Animal Clinic, and they listened to her symptoms and met me right away without ever having seen her before.

Sadly, I had to put my girl down, but I was told if I had waited, she would've died a very slow and painful death that night.

My girl didn't have an upper respiratory infection like this vet said, she had an enlarged heart, that had he could've caught when I brought her in the 2x earlier in the week and she could've had another couple years with me.

He then texted me at 6:30am the next morning and said to bring her in. By that time, she had already been seen by Frankfort Animal Clinic and put down.

I'm saddened my girl wasnt familiar with her surroundings when she died, and with a vet she didn't know, but I am so thankful Frankfort Animal Clinic took the time and care needed to take care of my girl.

This vet that bought out the business from Dr. Musil, is more concerned with larger animals than the smaller domesticated ones.

He acted like calling after hours was inconvenient, though I tried earlier in the day, and was told to wait.

After 23 years, I no longer vet there. He came in, changed the entire staff, and started working on large animal projects and buildings at his location.

I had hoped for the same great care, as received with Dr. Musil, but this wasn't the case.

Since sharing my experience when it happened, many other clients have left there and found a new vet as well.

The great care for my girls, left when Dr. Musil retired.

Staff was wonderful and took great care of our Great Pyrenese. Highly recommend!
