Eric was easy work with when it came to scheduling a time to put in the shelter, he worked with me around the rain we recently had. His crew worked quickly, efficiently and were professional as could be. They even gave us maintenance tips for the door of the shelter as well as answered any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend going to these guys to have a torando shelter put in.

Eric and Ben knocked it out with our storm shelter and dirt work! Through several rain outs Eric kept contact with us and made sure we knew the plans even after the rain. We really appreciate the buisness we had from them.

Recently purchased the 4x6x6.5 FEMA Safe Room from Storm Defense Shelters and had it installed in my garage. Eric was easy to work. He and Ben came to install, only took about an hour. This unit is a beast! Quarter inch ballistic steel is impressive. Now confident during rough weather and don't have to worry about rushing around to gather 3 small dogs (and a bird) to head to my folks house if sirens go off or just to wait out the weather. Would easily buy from Storm Defense Shelters again.
