This facility has been added to our top three favorite wellness centers from around the country. Professional, knowledgeable employees. Well cared for machines. Clean area. Spacious. Perfect temperature for workouts. The people of Beloit are kind & courteous so the general atmosphere is calm. It is also kid friendly. Highly recommend.
I'm getting back in the routine of regular workouts after being sick and having a sore back for 6 weeks. I love this place as it has plenty of cardio machines, free weights, hand weights, and weight machines. My wife loves doing the instructor classes in the morning. They also have an indoor pool that the kids love swimming in when you can't swim outside.
Great gym! Has all the equipment for any level athlete. They recently add a new hip thrust machine and a curved treadmill. Plenty of squat racks, free weights, pulleys and a smith machine. Small group exercise room and a stretch pad. Showers available for use as well.
