It's always a good experience to see Jen Adkins my primary for 7yrs. It's just that my appointments are scattered a month or better at a time and I forget to tell her something about stuff so it takes that much longer. B4 I can ask or that's even if I remember what it was. I trusted Jen Adkins few yrs ago new exactly when I was going to hav stroke. Called me at home told me to get to Freeman she already had me admitted to hospital 30 minutes after I got there I had my stroke. She awesome. I trust her whole heartily. She's an exception needs to go back to medical school become the doctor she's a damn good NP. 👍 get the big bucks Jen.

I went in without an appointment after a random allergic reaction at work, they got me in and out and made sure I was good to go back to work very quickly. Everyone had good attitudes and they were extremely nice and professional. Looking forward to making this center my primary care facility

I'm very fortunate to have community health for all my health needs. Wonderful staff!they are friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing that everyone can afford, even without health insurance! Their biggest asset is the staff because they truly care about the patients. Jennifer Adkins is fabulous, I'm so blessed to have her!
