Timely response, excellent communications and very clear options for next steps. Jim was upfront and honest about the inevitable need to replace key components of this very-old HVAC system, but was also happy to provide alternatives that could extend the usefulness of the current equipment. We will definitely have them back out for start-up of the cooling season.
