I called Smith Services on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend due to a leak in our water heater. Ryan was at our house by 9 am the next morning, confirmed our assumption that it needed to be replaced, got a new tank, and had it replaced and functioning by 12:30 pm that same day. Very polite and quick service I highly recommend!!

Reviews
I’ve been hunting to find a place to repair my pool heat pump for a month. The manufacturer found SSC and had them come out and it was great. They found the issue, coordinated with the manufacturer on my warranty, and got it repaired without me having to get involved. Tech was thorough and polite but really took time to explain the issue and kept working till he could find the root cause.
I have more HVAC work to do in my house and SSC will be on the list to call first.
I got home late and to a very cold house with weekend forecast sub zero temperatures.
Ryan from company was my door less then 20 minutes from contact and had my heater up and going in no time.
Great service ! Thank you from warm and grateful customer.
