Easy to request a service. The technician, Brian, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was quick to diagnose the issue and repair. He was informative when explaining the issue and left me with more knowledge to be able to troubleshoot things a little bit more on my own with any future issues. Grateful for an honest and prompt HVAC service! Highly recommend.

A&H responded promptly to my message. David C. came for a leak under my kitchen sink that 2 handymen couldn’t find. He located and fixed this and was meticulous. He left everything spotless. He was polite and helpful.

Nathan was very conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done. He was up front about pricing and what he expected the problem to be (tree roots in the sewer line). He also unplugged one of our slow draining sinks and showed what to do if the sinks plugs up again. He gave us a couple of quotes on a new hot water heater that was thousands below the other quote we had received. We will request him next time we need service.
