Strongly recommend Steve Moore of Pipe Dream Plumbing. Christmas 2022, temperatures reached record breaking lowes in Augusta, and the water pipes under my building (and all over the county) burst. 3 families lived in the building, and as it had no water, everyone had to vacate over the coldest Christmas holiday in memory. Steve was excellent about replacing an old water line. He and his crew cleaned up after day 1. When they returned to finish the job the next day they left the yard flat so that I couldn't tell he dug it up. They did most of the pipe work so that I was only without water for a couple of hours.
