Been going here for years and love them. But they need to update their hours. The website says they close at 5:30 on Friday when they close at 1:00. Came back from vacation thinking I could get in to have my new lenses put in but was disappointed when I realized that the website hours were wrong. Now have to wait till Monday until I can see decent again.UPDATE: in less than 30 minutes from posting this review Dr. Giannetti calls me and told me he'd meet me at the office to get my lenses switched out. He came all the way from East Wichita because I wrongly made an assumption about their hours. He did not have to do that. I can see so much better now and I'm so appreciative...read full review
Got give a thumbs up to Dr. Giannetti, I would bug him every visit for contacts that would work for me, (I was tired of wearing glasses) I gave up but he didn't, he found the right ones for me and they work great! The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.
