Dr Hartness has a great bedside manner and is thorough in answering all questions. He was extremely patient with my mother-in-law, who had dementia that led her to openly complain about her prescription not being correct.
His staff is friendly and efficient, as my annual exam started on time and was complete in 20 minutes!!
I can't rave enough about the care I receive in this office. It's worth the drive from East Wichita to receive the consistent service that I've grown to expect.
