Dennis is a top notch technician with an attention to detail and a great personality! He values his customers and their hard earned dollars so everything he does surrounding is providing the best service and quality product possible for his customer. I cant recommend enough.
This owner Dennis and his company are the best! He truly knows this business! He looked at our units, knew just what was wrong with them, and had us order just what we needed to replace our older ones with new ones. He worked all day and got those units fitted perfectly in, and looking all nice and new, and working very well! He slowly talked us through how to use our new thermostat until we understood how, and said call him anytime if we have any questions! We highly recommend him and his company! Thanks so much Dennis!! My husband and I would like to thank Dennis for his quick response in getting to our service call and not only diagnosing but quickly resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions my husband and I had. Poor man was here sweating while dealing with our ac unit. We were very pleased with the overall experience Dennis provided.
