Even though the weight room is relatively small I still have no problem getting my workout routine done. I love the large selection of barbells to chose from as well as the selection of free weights. I love the wide variety of workout stations. There isn't any workout that I can't get done there. The monthly membership is relatively cheap for the activities they offer. I would highly recommend to anyone over snap fitness
Two squat racks with benches, solid dumbbell rack up to 100lbs, weight machines for all the major muscle groups. Couldn't ask for more!Great place for your moderate-to-advanced weight training / cardio routine.
The friendly greeting you receive upon arrival sets the tone for the rest of your experience at the facility. The staff are excellent at finding what you need for your workouts or rehabilitation. I will continue to frequent the YMCA. It's an extension of home.
