Where do I begin, April 9th I had a workplace injury where I busted my mouth all to heck. After getting a referral locked down from the Amberwell ER, Doctor Merklein was the one who took my case in with some shattered teeth, a tooth lodged in my gums, and a busted lip.
She walked me through what she was going to do before starting and continued to communicate through out the very first procedure.
Then came the second procedure, this one I truly can't believe any other dentist could have done a better and thorough job. She explained everything to me before we began and always asked if I had any questions or concerns.
Today I went to see Morgan Helm, RN there for Botox today. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Morgan was fantastic to work with and made me feel comfortable with the procedure.
