Tony and Payton did an excellent job getting the outside water spicket replaced and seen we didn’t have an access for the outside spicket in the house. Got one put in and access panel installed as well.

The service guys were friendly, clean, and performed the replacement in an amazing amount of time. Caleb explained the difference in my old air condenser and also new heater. Both young men were a credit to your company. He also carefully explained the future services and costs if I want to order them. Not pushing just explaining.

Andy and Brandon did a great job replacing our heating and air. They found a problem with the original install several years ago and were able to repair it. They were very polite and professional.

I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to get to our house. We called on Monday, and they were able to come fix our problem by Tuesday afternoon. Tony and Peyton were very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again, if needed.

I have been impressed with Waldorf’s communication and quick service, however, we had them come out to look at a mini split unit that was only blowing hot air and wasn’t cooling. The servicer was helpful and said he would see about possibly replacing a part. Got our bill in the mail and was told they would not service it due to age. My father-in-law came out and had it cooling correctly in an hour and a half without replacing any parts. Disappointed they decided so quickly not to help. Thinking they may have just wanted us to purchase a new system as we had one quoted for us previously. Good and bad!
