I contacted Waldorf Riley after purchasing a new home and realized we needed a new Furnace and Air conditioner. I spoke with Kiley on multiple occasions regarding the many questions I had, and she was quick to answer all of them! She was also very knowledgeable about what my options were. Very professional! When the day came for installation, the techs quickly got to work. Out with the old and in with the new. Trey and Drew were very polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. Waldorf Riley made it a point to get my heat going before the cold temperatures moved in, assuring my family we would stay warm. I highly recommend this company.

Luke was able to make it out to our facility two hours early and get our assisted living AC running again. Took him less than an hour! For Lennox and Rheem service, Waldorf Riley is a must!

Hands down the best plumbing/hvac company around. They were able to work around my schedule and get someone on site in a timely manner. Tony was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer multiple questions pertaining to the current job as well as future needs I would have. He was also able to answer hvac questions I had. Over all WaldorfReiley gets a 10/10 in my book.

Jess the salesman/ estimator did a great job explaining what equipment was needed and quoted a fair price. The installers Caleb and Andy were professional and worked quickly getting the old system out and the new system installed. I’m very pleased with their work. I would recommend Waldorf Riley if in need of a new system, repair or general maintenance

We contacted Waldorf Riley for warranty work on our AC. Our technician, Caleb, stayed in regular contact about the arrival of the part, knowing how tough it was being without air conditioning. He showed up promptly once it came in and handled everything with a great attitude and true professionalism. We really appreciated his effort and communication throughout the process.

Waldorf Riley Heating Cooling Plumbing out of Wellington did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC unit. The team that installed was professional, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, and left my home clean. I was doing some other work at the time and they worked with and around the other contractors really well. There was an issue with my propane pressure coming into the house and they sent technicians Jessie and Caleb to sort it out and both were very knowledgeable and professional. It was an extra service the company did that really sold me on their service. Caleb answered another handful of questions that helped me understand the new unit. Lastly, they helped me work the details of an Evergy rebate that got me a little money back. Highly recommend their services for any HVAC installation or repair.
