Took my granddaughter in for a special time together with a specific appt time and we waited for over 1 1/2 hours before they even got to us. If she had not gotten a certificate we would have walked out!!

Love this place! Yes, they are overbooked and understaffed, and yes, sometimes I have to wait, but they are good at what they do! Kaitlyn is great when it comes to my nails and Hannah when I get my pedicures! They always take care of me.

They do fantastic nail art and I’ve gotten good nails done here before but there are some issues… even if you book an appointment- you don’t always get taken in at that time. You still end up waiting. The pedicures are terrible… they leave you in the chair without even starting the water for an hour before they get around to you - and the lady who did mine last - cut my nail in such a way that it got infected later… I used to think they were great but something is off lately… they’re understaffed for sure but poor service is not acceptable. They need to stop taking appointments if they can’t do them.

Made an appointment at noon didn’t get in until 1230. Got my regular nails painted and then asked for a pedicure where the lady just sent me down cut my toenails without any water and then they proceeded to charge $65 without even putting my feed and water I had no nails on whenever I came in, and no nail polish to takeoff. They overcharge and take forever. Very disappointed.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt twice, but each time I walk away disappointing with the work that they’ve done. They used to be a really great nail salon when they first opened but their quality has gone downhill the past two times I went. I had to go back because my nails we’re not done correctly and the second time I had to go back because they couldn’t complete them in a timely manner after I sat in a chair waiting for an hour pass my appointment time. when I went back the next day, they did no further shipping to my nails and they were crooked and the wrong shape and I had to fix them after I spent $45 on them. and the price changes every single time you go in doesn’t matter what service you get you’re going to get a different price every single time.

First time there. I scheduled a week in advance. Got Dip, she did the whole process in 20 minutes, literally. Cut my cuticle BAD. Got a lot of Dip on my thumb didn’t bother to try to scrub it off, underneath my nails are full of gunk. The tops are super uneven & bumpy. I’m shocked, over never had some one rush/do such a bad job. Never again.
