Spoke with Brandon on phone to clarify their hours and availability of services. He was extremely helpful and because of previous reviews I nearly opted to go elsewhere, however as I scrolled their employee bios I saw a familiar name so I’m going to give it a ‘shot’ there.
Everyone needs to remember, reviews represent not only our own personal experience but also what we can’t discern - a person displacing their emotions, personality, or mental health. Just a thought….

My dr is awesome but the call center people need a lesson on how to be polite. Patients DO NOT have to give out personal information as to why they need to speak to their dr or Dr's nurse especially when it's a very private matter. Just take the message, give it to the nurse or dr and go on about your day! Brandon has messed up on the spelling of a medication as well. If you have a job in the medical field, learn how to spell.

Great location, no bumps so easy to push wheelchair, easy parking, electric doors for wheelchairs, very accessible bathroom and sink for those in wheelchairs, staff was competent and friendly, no wait time. Had an absolutely perfect experience. Thank you so much. Paula Micone and niece.

This place is a joke. We have waited 3 days to get xray results. First the doctor messed up and didnt specify left or right on the order so we were only able to get 2 out of the 5 xrays. We received a call that evening stating everything looked fine. We only had 2 of 5 xrays done!!!! And not even the ones that were needed! Then the nurse wasnt understanding what happened and she called the radiology department. After not receiving a call that day, WE called them Tuesday to figure out what happened. Not only did the nurse state she tried contacting us 6 times, per another nurse she also stated she spoke to us AFTER calling the radiology department! Then today being the 3rd day, we didnt receive a call with the results of the other 3 xrays that we had to do yesterday. So again, we contacted them only to find out the doctor is out of office today. So much for worrying about the punctured lung or broken ribs! Apparently things arent taken seriously here!!!

I am new to Ark City. I became ill with a virus which turned into bronchitis. I sought help here on a Saturday morning. It was a great experience all the way around! The young lady at check-in was pleasant and helpful. The nurse that took my vitals and info was pleasant and professional. I saw Angela Ziegler, APN. She is a lovely lady, very thorough and informative! I greatly appreciate her help! She prescribed the same thing my regular doctor would have and it was quite pleasant and professional! I feel comfortable using this clinic whenever I need anything, now.Thank-you all!

We had an excellent experience this past Saturday with the urgent care clinic. Amiya (sp?) and Sam Aitichson were so kind and helpful. Sam was great to talk with us and explained everything. He called promptly after receiving lab results, explaining them to us and his course of treatment. I thank him so much!! Great job! Ark City is blessed to have this service.
