Alfredo and his crew did a fantastic job. It has been five years since we built our barndominium and three years since we built our 40x70 shop and we still love everything about both! Any construction (especially in 2020) has hiccups, however Alfredo and Daisy navigated us through the building process so smoothly, we really had an enjoyable and memorable construction process. We receive so many compliments about our home and shop and are still very pleased with Suburban Buildings quality and workmanship.

Our project involved constructing an 80’ x 40’ facility with 50’ for the shop and 30’ for living space. Suburban Buildings successfully completed each phase of our project—including the main building, a safe room, and the interior cabin—on time with excellent quality. Alfredo was great to work with during the project. Whenever we suggested ideas for the building, Alfredo offered improvements that ultimately resulted in a finished product exceeding our expectations, and the pricing was very competitive. If you're looking for a turnkey metal building of any sort in Kansas, this is the place to go. Alfredo and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. We had a 42x70 shop built and my parents had them build a 2400 sq ft custom barndomenium-forever home with zero stairs and wheelchair size doorways and 3 car garage. We are very pleased with all the work they've done. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
