I had never been to a chiropractor, but after running for years I was struggling with back and hip pain. Dr. Rachel straightened me right out! She's so kind and professional, has a plan and knows exactly how to help.
Her receptionist is sweet as pie and does a great job booking my next visit and getting me reminders. Online scheduling made my first visit super easy, I had most of the paperwork filled out before I even stepped through the door.
I cannot recommend First Family Chiropractic enough!
Rachel is the best with prenatal care!! I have been seeing her since I was 25ish weeks pregnant. I have a very physically demanding job and was in significant pelvic and back pain.
