Jay showed up promptly and after checking several places diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot! He seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly! Great experience, and I hopefully won’t be sweating for the rest of the day!
Jay the owner of Ball was AWESOME! They got me in asap & he explained everything & helped me figure out the financing & got me temporarily fixed until they get the new HVAC unit installed. I havevused them in the past and HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Chris was professional and he knew right away what was causing the problem. He restored everything to working order and in no time things began to cool down. I would recommend Ball Heating and Air to anyone.
