Andover Family Medicine offers a variety of medical services, including a walk-in clinic on Saturdays from 9am to 11am. Patients praise the exceptional care provided by Dr. Andrew Barclay, who explains medical terms clearly and demonstrates a caring bedside manner. Many patients have been with Dr. Barclay for years and find him to be a great doctor. The office staff is also commended for their kindness and attentiveness. While the walk-in clinic has occasionally been unavailable as advertised, causing inconvenience for some patients, the overall experience at Andover Family Medicine is positive. Patients appreciate the great medical assistants, nurses, and doctors, as well as the high level of respect shown by the staff. The lab technician, in particular, is praised for their expertise in pediatric blood work, making the experience quick and simple for young patients.
If you want a short wait - go first thing in the morning, or you’ll be sitting for 45 minutes at least before you’re seen. I’ve had issues off and on with each person we’ve seen there but overall it’s not too bad and they do care about their patients.
I would rate 2.5-3 stars, but I’m giving it 4 stars because their lab tech who’s drawn my toddlers blood twice is FANTASTIC! She’s so great at pediatric labs and she makes the scary experience quick and simple. Absolutely love her.
I have had some hard times but when it comes to having people treat you like a human being an show you respect the staff security s an doctors are all in highest level of respect in my opinion
I see Doctor Worley, and I can say she is the most thorough Physian I've ever encountered. Constant notes and poignant questions, I'm in my early 30's and have had some symptoms brushed off for years concerning back and joint pain by several other office's "due to my young age" before I tried Andover Family Medicine, and I finally got some answers after a battery of tests were performed. I honestly can't speak more highly of this office and it's staff, the receptionists are kind and attentive. Thank you!
