Called because we had two slow drains that were backing up into each other and occasionally stopping entirely (old house, weird plumbing). They were there the next day, cleaned some stuff out, and it’s been working ever since. Can’t complain about that!
My AC stopped working over the weekend when there were excessive heat warnings. I called first thing Monday morning and left a message. I was called back promptly and my air was back on by 11am. Great local service with reasonable prices. 1/2 the price of companies I called in Topeka. Are small town community is lucky to have a great, locally owned small business close by!!!
I normally don't post reviews, but Frank's plumbing and heating promptly responded to my AC not working during an heat advisory. Their prices were a lot cheaper than quoted by bigger companies in Topeka and had my AC back in running within 3 hours of me leaving a message. I would highly recommend, especially in urgent situations. They made my AC not working a priority, especially with the excessive heat warnings!!
