She explained the full process clearly: once our guinea pig turned four weeks old, she would go to the vet for a wellness check and then be shipped to us here in Virginia. Everything happened exactly on that timeline, with updates every step of the way. Her communication was thorough, prompt, and incredibly reassuring, especially with purchasing such a rare breed from out of state.
