Do not use this tax service! He is the most unorganized cpa I have ever dealt with. His front office floor, his office floor, and his entire desk is just piles of papers. He lost my previous years taxes in that mess. Now he's telling me to just call my cpa from previous years to send me a copy of my taxes and then request new copies of all my w-2's, and social security paperwork from the government. Then he hung up on me because looking for what he lost in his messy office was too much of an inconvenience. Seriously, I will never use this man ever again.

Never going back! He messed up my simple taxes and I ended up having to owe the IRS. Never have I ever in all the years of doing my own taxes ever spent that much or had an error. Also the receptionist yelled and got super ugly when THEY made a mistake with the paperwork. Very unprofessional and dirty office I might add, if you have asthma or any breathing problems don’t go in, the cigarette smell is unbearable.
