I loved the help I received in the optical shop. The women were so good at finding frames that would suit my style and face. Dr Blank was professional and friendly. I was in and out of the office quickly and felt like I had received a comprehensive exam.
I was worried this place might be a little snooty because of where it’s located. We had THE MOST amazing experience here. Blew us away wjth hiw professional and accommodating the staff was. The first time eye exam for my 15 yr old was smooth and they made it bless intimidating by explaining every procedure. If ur apprehensive aboit this place don’t be. Definitely recommend.
Lorayna checked me in when i arrived at their beautiful new office. Turned out we knew each other many years ago! Connie did the preliminary evalation with enthusiasm and even made it fun. Dr Haines is the ultimate professional, answering my questions with clarity. Polly helped me find just the right glasses. Overall a very pleasant experience.
