Advanced Vision Care provides efficient LASIK surgeries, with some patients experiencing significant improvement in their vision within 24 hours. The doctor takes the time to ensure patients are well-informed about the process and what to expect after the surgery. While some patients have reported positive outcomes, others have experienced anxiety during the procedure due to the lack of sedation options. The clinic's professionalism has been called into question, with some patients noting typos in instructional materials and feeling rushed during the process. Despite this, the clinic offers lifetime free adjustments, and many patients have achieved 20/20 vision results.
Great experience, I came into the office on a Friday and didn't have to wait long at all, got back into the operating room had the lasik done and over with in less than 20 mins, got seen the next day with already great improvements from the operation, in less than 24 hrs already had improvement. Can't wait the next coming weeks to "see" how much my vision will improve. No pun intended.
Giving this a 3/5 for a few reasons (trying not to rate it solely on outcome of my vision, which is perfect):
- The procedure went very quick, almost too quick. As soon as they were done, they tried rushing me out of the room so they could get the next patient in. At the same time, I was having a full on anxiety attack (shaking uncontrollably and light headed). This is due to LASIK Plus not offering Valium (or similar) to calm your nerves during the procedure. Since the procedure, I have talked to 20+ people who ALL had Valium, INCLUDING MY EYE DOCTOR.
