After an already hard Monday I got a complete flat on the way home from work; and, I am a commuter so there was no way I was walking home. On our way up to Michigan from Tennessee, Had a close call with trailer tire. Tread had decided it didnt want to come home with us at 2am. Didn't have a 4 way on us. Not alot of help in the middle of nowhere.

I had an incident that left me stranded with 2 blown out tires, late at night. My insurance company kinda jerked me around for over 5 hours! Anywho, they finally sent a request and Geist picked it up immediately. Within a minute, Kevin (the owner/operator) called me and started the rescue mission! He was a little over an hour away from me, but got there as quickly as possible. He stayed in constant contact with me, checking in on me and giving me updates on his journey to me. After an exhausting, horrible night, he was my savior! I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my predicament and truly made me feel safe and cared for.
