We recently converted our family cottage into our permanent residence. With over 50 years of fond memories, we couldn’t imagine a better place to spend the rest of our lives. After several additions over the years, it was finally time to completely update the space and make it truly our home.
My dad always said, “If you’re going to do something, do it right or don’t do it at all.” With that in mind, we set out to find the best-quality contractors in the area. I can honestly say our research paid off. The old cottage probably didn’t have a square corner or a level floor anywhere, so the challenge was real—but our expectations were high.
My wife and I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets from River Woodworking, and we could not be happier with the results! The cabinets are of a very high quality at a reasonable price. Milan was great to work with! His advice was always right on the money. We were amazed at his ability to plan and measure precisely. He is a very talented individual. Our cabinets are one of the absolute jewels on our new build! River Woodworking’s craftsmanship is exceptional and they were excellent to work with. Even after our build was complete, they were so attentive to the minor repairs needed that comes with construction as well as assisting us with adding a few design features that we didn’t realize we needed until after we had moved in. Highly recommend!
