WM - Winslow Hauling is a comprehensive waste management and environmental services company founded in 1968. They offer a range of services, including dumpster rental, curbside trash pickup, and recycling collection, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers. While the service is generally good, some customers have experienced issues with missed pickups during snow days or occasional overcharges, which were promptly resolved.
Good service. I figured out a few months ago they had been charging me double what my bill should have been. The lady said they were charging me for something and she could remove it. She would not tell me what the charge was for.
The service is now great, the always let you know in advance of an upcoming holiday when to expect your trash to be picked up due to the holiday. In the beginning I had issues with my trash not being picked up off and on through out a month or so and I would report the missed pick up and they were to pick it up within 24hrs but sometimes this didn't happen for a few days but, I also live in a small town in the country so it could be a lack of ability to get out to use on a non scheduled day, and I was a new customer but after this it has been great. I recently mentioned that the driver was putting our dumpster a little further back each month and getting close to our septic lines which could damage them. I received a callbut when I tried to call back it was not a successful call. Please call me again.
