I signed the contract with them for 3 years they raised the bill on me $10 a month. I'm in the beginning of the second year
So I called them they told me it was in the fine print that they could do that. They are totally untrustable when it comes to money
I would not have the nerve to told somebody that it was in the fine print. They did give me though a courtesy credit
But it still is what it is. I've been with them for several years. When we go under contract, we're expected to honor it, or we get the what for for acting like that there is no honor
And after being with them many years it's changed my view of them
I hope this helps you.

In the beginning I had issues with my trash not being picked up off and on through out a month or so and I would report the missed pick up and they were to pick it up within 24hrs but sometimes this didn't happen for a few days but, I also live in a small town in the country so it could be a lack of ability to get out to use on a non scheduled day, and I was a new customer but after this it has been great. Everyone I spoke to on the phone to get this straightened out was always amazing. I feel like the price is good as well… read full review
