I highly recommend Tim Looper Heating & Cooling! They replaced our old heating and cooling units with new, larger units, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Their price was less than half of what some of the larger companies quoted us, without sacrificing quality or service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when they said they would. Tim also has a great staff who were friendly, respectful, and hardworking. It’s refreshing to find a dependable company that provides excellent service at a fair price. We will definitely use them again!
I called Tim the day after Christmas in 2024 and he came out and got me taken care of after our much older outdoor units compressor gave out. Turned out replacing a compressor and a new unit were not far off in price and was very transparent about the price, he came out the following Monday for a great price. He and his guys were super friendly. He came at a recommendation from a family member that also used his service. Here we are 2026 and things are still going well. New unit came with a 5 year labor warranty and 10 year part warranty. Couldn’t have been happier!
Absolutely the BEST customer service! Arrived home to no heat, the Looper Crew was at our house within 15 minutes. Honest, courteous and professional! Can't recommend them enough.
