I saw a friend of my mind with her hair cut so GORGEOUS and was referred to Celia!!! BEST HAIR CUT EVER!!! She took her time and didn't rush through it.. I had layers already which were choppy and more on the stringy side. She redid my layers and it came out Beautifully blended!!! I walked out feeling like a brand new person and I can't wait to go back again.
I wanted a big change and was ready to cut off all my hair. I went to a different salon and got a cut and by the next day I really wasn’t happy with it. It just wasn’t what I wanted and I wanted it way shorter so I went to Before and After and she actually cut my hair the way I wanted not what she thought was best and it turned out amazing! I was so happy! Now it’s time to go again and this is where I’ll be going!
Was in need of a haircut and drove by and was drawn to the Christmas decorations in the window. I never really payed attention to this spot as I do drive in the area frequently. Celia did a great job! I was very impressed as I have thick hair, I will be scheduling soon for a haircut. Yes the environment is peaceful, my teenage son even wants to go with me to hang out there, lol!!
