They have made good on their word. They contacted us and came out to inspect. Zack fixed what he could on the spot. He took pictures for some other issues.Previous review: They put a new roof on my house in late 2021. It now leaks in the same spot it did before they replaced my entire roof almost 2 1/2 years later.

I recently moved into my Franklin home and have contracted several companies for home improvements. Due to the tornadoes in the area in late March, I had roof damage and needed quick assessment to avoid more interior damage. I called Grady Phillips at SPG as they did the roof replacement on my previous home. By that afternoon, my roof was tarped to prevent more damage.Grady and the team worked with my insurance company to get me coverage for a complete roof replacement. I've worked with SPG on a few projects over the last couple of years, most recently we worked with Chris Sheets on a gutter repair project. Chris was great to work with. He was able to get on-site very quickly after we reached out to request a quote.
