From start to finish, this company has been a pleasure to work with. From the beginning when giving us the quote, dealing with insurance, having the siding put on the house, and sending out someone to repair a minor issue from the job, they were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. We will absolutely use DC Roofing and Exteriors again if/when the need arises. Highly recommend!
We just replaced our roof through DC Roofing & Exteriors. Based on my experience, here's what you can expect.First, strong communication. Don (the owner) - and any vendors he recommended - were above and beyond in answering questions or calls quickly, even outside of business hours. When we met to choose our roof options, Don brought parts, using them to walk us through how each option would affect the roof's lifespan. Before the install, they provided clear expectations of both the timeline and the experience.
