“I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!)

I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.
