When my appointment with a friend fell through before my wedding I really thought I wasn't going to be able to get my hair done outside of going to a chain. When I called in to explain my predicament to Pam, she jumped through hoops to make it possible to get me and my best man in last minute. On top of that, it was the best haircut I have ever received.
