I just had to mention our experience. Spoke with Braden on the phone about some training he said that he would be there until 1:00. My wife and I didn't make it there until 12:50. Braden didn't care and he ended up staying over an extra 45 minutes to help us. It's nice to have been made a priority. That's dedication and devotion. I hope Planet Fitness will do something to recognize Braden. He is the type of employee that deserves to be recognized for being willing to go above and beyond the scope of his work duties. Rachel was amazingly helpful today. From our initial telephone conversation to our in person meeting, she was knowledgeable, articulate, and exceeded my expectations. All previous problems were satisfactorily resolved. Thank you, Rachel!! Also the facility was immaculate and each member was greeted warmly.

I have been searching for a Gym to start going to and a friend of mine took me with her to hers. It was in Westfield. I have to say that I was very impressed with this Gym. The employees were super friendly and the place was really clean and nice. Even the bathrooms!! I'm thinking this will be the place I get my membership at! I have looked at others and they were no where near this nice!
