Really can't say enough good things about Ben and his crew. They kept me informed - did an excellent job taking down 3 huge trees and saved a honey bee hive! Highly recommend.
They were quick to respond. I asked for a tree to be trimmed off my roof. They tried to convince me to cut down a spruce due to disease; but I said I wanted to keep the spruce. They had a mix up and cut down my spruce. They did not charge me for the work. I asked for them to reimburse me to replace the spruce. Which they said they would do but it's been a month and no reimbursement. Update 10/23/23- they dropped off a check today to replace the tree. Changed 2 stars to 4 stars
Ben Martin of Martin's Tree Service has been in the business for decades, is highly knowledgeable, easy to reach, responsive, and gave me great advice and work -- I needed my backyard maple replaced after a local lawn-and-tree service completely botched the tree planting (yes, there's a right and wrong way to plant a tree) and the root-bound, too-deeply planted tree croaked after just 1.5 seasons. Ben really knows his stuff -- cannot recommend this company highly enough.Service: Tree planting
