We had our backyard patio concrete installed through Hittle at the end of 2021. It's about 5 years in, which is not long in my opinion. The concrete is just terrible now, its uneven and sunken in several spots, so water pools every time it rains. Then we have to get out there and clean it. It's disappointing quality of work. When we had this installed I expected a much better life expectancy to the work and better quality. I started noticing it about a year in and tried to contact them to no avail. I just gave up. That's my fault. But the work quality is all on them.

Had a great experience with Hittle Landscaping. From design to execution as well as some late additions that I asked for, Hittle was responsive and took great care. Their crews worked hard and got things done surprisingly fast. And the finished product looks great. I am very happy with my yard and cannot think of any room for improvement.

I live in the Courtyards of Westfield. Very impressive snow removal from your crew this week. Not only did they clean driveways and sidewalks, they even pushed snow away from the end of each driveway and our mailboxes. Thank you!
