The kiosk is easy to use. The young lady that works I. The cleaners is friendly warm and helpful. My cleaning is always ready to my specifications. I love the 24/7 available of the kiosks. However I think the time to access the cleaning out of the kiosk should be extended. The door close too quickly and sometimes the clothes get closed up in the doors.
The customer service is great, but the price to clean a King comforter, that was not even dirty, is unbelievable at $51. I will only use them if their services are discounted. By the way, the comforter doesn't even have a fresh smell.
Next Visit: As always, the customer service provided was phenomenal; always friendly, informed, and so helpful. I've never had a bad experience.
Of course, the cleaning and deodorizing were stellar. I had a hooded pea coat and a sweater cleaned.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I have my work uniforms and shirts done every week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A great group at this location in Westfield. . I like the email reminders and the open kiosk is very convenient for after hours pick up.
