I love this family owned business! They call me by name and always make me feel valued. From my very first visit, they've been THE BEST! When I experienced a terrible problem with a different cleaner, Ann and Perry took care of the issue for me. That small act of kindness and customer care won me over, and now I've been a customer for years! They're the best cleaners I've ever been to, and we appreciate them so much!

I visited Carmel Cleaners yesterday, for the first time and was very pleased with the representative, Ossie. She called two close-by cleaners to ask for the favor of squeezing me into their schedule. After successfully locating Premier Cleaners, I went and totally forgot the type of cleaning that was recommended, due to the material. The representative, Ann did her best to understand what type of cleaning I was requesting. I felt embarrassed by my inability to remember what was told to me and did not want to consume any more of her time, so I changed my mind about the cleaning.
