I went to other chiropractors around the area, but none of them even compare.After one visit I was feeling better, and he took time to really help and explain to me what was wrong with my back. I have been recommending my friends since I’ve been going and I will continue to.
Dr. Mattern is amazing! Every time I see him in pain, he makes sure I am not in pain any longer when I leave. He doesn’t just treat symptoms but takes a whole body approach that involves recommending stretches and exercises to prevent issues. Over time, some of the major problems I have, like spondylosis and SI joint pain, have greatly improved under his care. I really like that he uses alternate techniques to traditional more aggressive adjustments, such as blocking and dry needle.
Dr. Mattern and his staff are the best! Not only does he give great adjustments but also shows you crucial stretches to avoid pain and discomfort going forward. He helped me tremendously with my hip issues from running!
