Dr Van and Dr James are both excellent. They are conservative and I never feel pressured to do anything unnecessary. If they suggested something I feel confident that it is needed and not just a money grab. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've to Klondike Dental Care a few times over the past several years. Front desk staff and hygienists/assistants have always been very nice. Dr. James was always professional to me but did say some odd things from time to time. A different dentist who used to work there struggled with a tooth removal in the past, and required assistance from Dr. James. I feel they tore up my gums more than necessary, resulting in two sutures being used. They also accidentally scraped a dental instrument against the roof of my mouth, leaving a very painful scratch. That said, I understand that the tooth wasn't in good shape and was difficult to remove because of the shape it was in.
