I scheduled my annual mammogram for 1:30 p.m. on a Friday at IU Health - West Lafayette, 253 Sagamore Parkway West. Within minutes of my arrival, I was called in to get changed and immediately thereafter was met by Rhonda, who did my scans. I was immensely grateful for Rhonda’s congeniality, professionalism, and skill. She coached me with detailed, step-by-step positioning instructions to capture a clear image each time with the minimum discomfort to me. Went in to get an ultrasound and the technologist Chris was the best! She made sure I was comfortable, explained every single action in a clear manner, and was very quick. The place was also very clean and I greatly appreciate the clear signage on the walls. Made it easier to identify the places I needed to go.

The personnel in Radiology are so kind and caring. I appreciate their support and kindness while they took care of me.
It would have been nice had they not unplugged the only water cooler and the TV in the waiting room lobby. It's hot out and children could watch TV while they wait.
