Oh my god... pathetic and horrible. I wish I could give them 0 star. They are just abomination. What kind of idiot hospitals invoice customers even while being in checking out and make pay late fee? And also they are just also invoicing late fee for canceling the appointment 3 hours ago before the appointment time. Is this comedy?

Not helpful at all, slow response time. Contacted them and did not address my issue at all, and seemingly did not read my email (which said that I had already done what they later told to me)

I am a first year and was confused on where to pick up my medication, I asked if this was the place and they said no and directed me to the aerospace engineering building. They were also wearing there mask as a headband.
